Your main responsibilities

Checking Delivery

“Ensure complete delivery is available from Day 1 of the installation”.
  • Receive delivery
  • Unpack crates & position material accordingly
  • Check delivery against the Bill of Materials and take action immediately on any missing or damaged goods.

Install Lift and/or escalator

“Complete the installation in the correct hours and quality standard.”
  • Install according to documented procedures.
  • Work to schedule
  • Complete quality checks and documents.

Prepare Site

“Prepare a safe and orderly work environment.”
  • Set up job site
  • Instruct the builder on any items not completed.
  • Install scaffolding/cages or instruct the builder or subcontractor as required.

Prepare Lift and/or Escalator for Testing

“To achieve a 100% fault-free test”
  • Request test date from the Supervisor / Project Manager.
  • Prepare the unit and site for the test.
  • Attend the test.
  • Complete any items as required.
  • Tune lift and/or escalator and clean the site for EI & customer handover.

Paperwork

“Ensure company procedures are followed”
  • Provide accurate timesheets on time.
  • Sign off properly on all required documentation.

 

Customer Delight

“Maintain safety and quality standards and awesome customer service.”
  • Keep work area safe, neat & clean.
  • Wear uniforms at all times.
  • Keep the customer well informed as required.
  • Behave appropriately on site at all times.
