Roles and Responsibilities

Design, plan and coordinate lift and escalator modernization;
Regularly report projects work-in-progress status, highlight and report potential problems and risks and propose addressing solutions;
Participate in the site meetings / activities such as site coordination with property owners, architects, consultants, builders, and site supervisors, etc.
Ensure that all project works are properly executed, on track and followed through for customer satisfaction;
Report unsafe site conditions and take corrective measures whenever necessary.

Mobility needs you

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines;
1-2 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Elevator and Escalator industry;
Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills;
Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment;
Strong drive for results and willing to take up responsibilities;
Proficiency in MS applications, and working knowledge of SAP will be an asset;
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
