Summer Intern 2025
Your main responsibilities
Internship Programme
Schindler Internship Programme provides you with broad exposure and understanding to Schindler business through on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching.
During the 8-week programme from July to August 2025, you will be introduced to the following journey:
Operations Exposure
Attachment to one of the departments, such as Existing Installation, Modernization, New Installation and Technical & Field Support, with opportunities to learn about Schindler business, technical processes, latest product knowledge & technology, safety training and site exposure.
Career Tips
Regular catch-up with HR and immediate supervisor with one-on-one career advice and counselling
Interns with great potential to join our Field Engineer Development Programme (FEDP) will be offered a fast-track ticket to join our assessment centre of FEDP.
What you bring
Requirements
- 2nd to 4th year Engineering student from any universities (mechanical / electrical engineering background is preferred)
- Passionate to work in elevator and escalator industry
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and able to read and write Chinese
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Problem solving, can-do attitude, self-motivated
- Self-reflective, open to take feedback and learn from experience
- Willingness to work at construction site
Assessment & Onboarding Schedule
- Application Opening: Now - 31st March 2025
- Interview: 1st Week of May 2025
- Offer: Mid of May 2025
- Onboard: 3rd July - 25th August 2025
