BIM Modeller

Mobility is the goal
  • Use of BIM to perform drawing work.
  • Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.
  • Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
  • Monitor modelling/update drawings and inform BIM in charge if there are any changes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges.
  • Development of a content library suitable for Project, Sales and Sales Engineering team.
  • Report to BIM Coordinator and perform work task assigned.
 
 
Mobility needs you
  • Be creative and innovative and self-motivated
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Able to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Can work in multifaceted working environments on a range of project types.

  • ITE/ Diploma graduate, with BIM knowledge

  • Good knowledge of BIM and the ability to implement the use of multi-disciplinary modelling on projects.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in the design and specification of Escalator and Elevator.
  • A clear understanding of multi-disciplinary design approach and the delivery of projects to a high quality from bid stage to operation.
  • Preferably with drafting experience using BIM software. Experience in Elevator and Escalator industry is an advantage.

  • MS Projects, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP experience an advantage.

    Revit, Navis Work, Autocad  is a MUST.
