GM Office Analyst

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to GM and Management Team,
  • Organizing calendar for the events hosted by GM in collaboration with related departments,
  • Provide support to the GM in various administrative and financial tasks,
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities,
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and financial models for strategic decision,
  • Supporting the Marketing team in Corporate Communication processes.
 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
  • Max 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy or CEO/GM office,
  • Experience to directly reporting and closely working with CEO/GM,
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications is a must,
  • Experience on SAP,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analyses demonstrated to transform complex data into basic visuals and reports,
  • Critical thinker and a data-oriented mindset,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
