Field Manager

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Field Manager to join our team, based at our Addlestone Office and covering London & The South.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, supervise installations, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As a Field Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every step aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of engineers to meet operational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and support team members, ensuring they excel in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP and oversee weekly updates.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, implement best practices, and promote a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Manager to negotiate costs and manage quotations.
  • Oversee timely planning for deliveries, materials, and tooling.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies while setting a personal example of excellence
 

What you bring

  • A qualification in NVQ or HND (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as an installation engineer and managing small teams.
  • Strong knowledge of current lift industry standards and legislation.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • A full, valid driving licence and experience with SAP (preferred).
