We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Team Administrator to be based out of our Addlestone Office, the successful candidate will be a strong Administrator who can work as part of a Team. 


Duties & Responsibilites

  • Create Site folders, owner manuals and process handover documents (including uploading relevant documents onto DMS on SPN)
  • Check & rectify engineers timesheets on Field Link (key-user & trainer for Field Link)
  • Any other appropriate job-related activity that the business deems reasonable
  • Good analytical skills e.g. ad hoc reporting, monthly reporting, document review
  • Accurate / attention to detail when checking records for the Subcontractor management team
  • Liaise with HR, IT & Technical training to ensure appropriate business systems are available for third party site-based operatives
  • Support site-based audits in line with the audit schedule when necessary
  • Develop & deliver subcontractor induction programme as appropriate
  • Work with HR/GDPR team to make sure assessments are up to date – any changes in processing personal data is assessed using the One Trust tool in association with the compliance team
  • Liaise with FO / Technical training in regard to the status of Certification and correct product / site training needed. 
  • Processing new subcontracting operatives onto Success Factors and ensure we have all relevant copies of competencies
  • All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group safety requirements.
