We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

    1. 1- Entrance Management: Ensure the company’s main Entrance is maintained to the highest standards set by Schindler guidelines.
    2. 2- Visitor Management: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed. Accurately inform the relevant employees of their visitor’s arrival, and provide any necessary assistance to visitors during their time at the facility.
    3. 3- Correspondence Handling: Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, mail, and invoices, in strict accordance with company regulations. Efficiently distribute these communications to the appropriate departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
    4. 4- Courier Logistics: Oversee all courier activities, ensuring timely and accurate logistics and scheduling. Coordinate with couriers / departments to guarantee prompt and secure delivery of all company packages and or Documents
    5. 5- Office Facility Management: Take charge of the overall management of office facilities, including regular maintenance, cleanliness, and daily operational needs. Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employees.
    6. 6- Attendance Reporting: Compile and provide detailed attendance reports on a weekly basis to the management team. Utilize attendance data to help in workforce planning and identifying patterns or issues.
    7. 7- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of office events. Coordinate logistics, manage event-related communications, and ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
    8. 8- Stationery Procurement: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for office stationery each quarter. Ensure that all departments have the necessary supplies to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Education and Specialty:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.

 

Specific Training and Qualification:

  • MS Office advanced knowledge
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer orientation
  • Commitment and discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Experience Required:

1+ year being employed in the sector or experience in Administration.
