Installation Manager

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

a. Planning & Budgeting:

  1. Apply NI branch strategic planning process.
  2. Implement NI efficiency budget guidelines and targets in alignment with KG strategy planning.
  3. Manage Fulfillment and NI methods & processes to grant top quality and cost effective installation in the branch.
  4. Analyze, plan, assess and optimize all the resources in the NI of the branch to achieve the goals of market share, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

 

b. Supervision:

  1. Promote, motivate and coordinate direct activities of the Fulfillment Engineers and Supervisors in his branch, to deliver the Schindler overall business objectives.
  2. Actively manage, develop and coach staff (quality, efficiency, customer orientation, problem solving, site difficulties, products technicalities...etc.) in accordance with Schindler standards
  3. Analyze root causes for NI fulfillment business deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions
  4. Planning the needs of the NI workforce in its branch, work load & training.
  5. Fulfill the budget goals and the key measurements with the NI Manager.

 

c. NI Fulfillment:

  1. Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations assembly.
  2. Supervise the execution of works, materials, assemblies and documentation.
  3. Supervising achieving the targets of the installation (number of hours invested, quality of installation, NI protocol (SAIS) and proper handover & Customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure that handover the elevators/ escalators on time and properly
  5. Work close to Architects, Consultants, Promoters, Owner, Government Technical Officers, Engineering Services Companies and other prescriptions to ensure that Schindler Standards are included in the main current/future projects
  6. Facilitate and ensure the implementation of all the norms (ON’s) and processes in NI.
  7. Manage product related quality issues, assuring the execution and completion of the claims including the collection of relevant information necessary to submit valid material claims.
  8. Manage execution of NI contracts after order release and to ensure collection of related payments including follow-up actions.

 

d. Safety:

  1. Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.

  • Top qualifications Engineering Mechanical, Electrical.

                  

Specific Training and Qualification:

  • Computer science at advanced level.
  • Advanced English.
  • Customer orientation.
  • People orientation.
  • Knowledge of the sector.
  • Knowledge of the works.
  • Organization skills.
  • Leadership skills.

 

Experience Required:

8 years being employed at the sector or as Project Manager.
