Technical Office Engineer

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

 

 

  1. Execute offers and orders, study carefully the specifications of the elevators/ escalators in the contract and ensure that the configuration is made properly in the systems.
  2. Receive & ensure that the order release form is signed prior to any order release.
  3. Fill in the necessary documents requested by the KW's in order to release the production orders (ADF's, etc.)
  4. Track all the orders and ensure the delivery dates, keep the necessary records to ensure traceability.
  5. Perform technical clarifications in collaboration with involved groups and assessment of feasibility results, evaluation and definition of suitable components based on customer requirements specification
  6. Support and consultation the customers/internal groups for sales and/or installation in technical and business questions
  7. Make all the quotations requested by the sales engineers and Zone Branch Managers (spare parts, MOD, special elevators, high speed elevators, escalators, non-productive material,  ..etc).
  8. Participate actively in the cost calculation of the sales price list.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new tools/ software to control the orders.
  10. Create project drawings for technical support of sales/MOD according to guidelines and standard requirements

Education and Specialty:

  • Top qualifications Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.

 

Specific Training and Qualification:

  • Advanced English
  • Good use of AutoCAD
  • Knowledge components elevators
  • Industry Experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of the competition, sector and business (Product and Logistics).

 

Experience Required:

2+ years being employed Technical Office Engineer.
