Join us as a

Branch Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator to join the team in our Coventry Office. The successful candidate will support the administrative needs of the business, providing consistent and accurate assistance on matters relating to business objectives in areas such as customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale.
This is a full time and permanent role.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper execution of offer’s, sales orders, final goods issue, contracts and invoicing
  • Maintain and display a professional decorum in all dealings with customers, especially complaint handling
  • Register and modify non-financial Account & Contact data.Responsible for the correctness of his/her entries Account & Contact data over time
  • Maintain and process all TCT data including payroll relevant one, parts orders and service planning documents in order to have an efficient field process in Maintenance, Repair and Modernization
  • Maintain all El relevant databases, technical database, customer and contract database
  • Maintain vigilance in all customer dealings to detect "Warning Signs" of customer dissatisfaction and possible contract cancellation; immediately communicate all such concerns to line manager
  • Understand and interpret follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers and past due receivables 
 

What you bring

  • Previous experience within an adminsitrative role, preferably in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills as will be dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft office and high attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with a busy workload
  • Able to work well within a busy team and support each other
  • A self-starter and good multitasker
  • Resilient and innovative
