Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for talented Customer Service Advisors to join our vibrant office in Coventry.

 

We are offering a great starting salary, working environment and the genuine possibility of progression including gaining additional qualifications!

 

Our Customer Contact Centre is manned 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year providing fast, effective and friendly handling of calls for a variety of different enquiries to both internal and external customers.

 

The shift patterns available are as follows;

 

8:00am – 5:00pm

11:00am – 8:00pm

8:00pm – 5:00am (carries additional shift allowance)

3:00pm - 12:00am

 

As our Contact Centre is a 24/7 operation, you will work on a rota basis which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

 

*We will be holding assessment interview days at an offsite location on Thursday 21st February - to be considered for one of these positions, you must be available to attend on this date*

 

The Role:

 

  • Answering all incoming customer and internal stakeholder calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Responding to client emails

  • Adhering to escalation processes and procedures as appropriate 

  • Ensuring all calls are logged as per process

  • Working closely to SLA’s and KPI’s

 

Mobility needs you

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment (ideally office based)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Flexibility – the Contact Centre is operational 24/7

  • High proficiency in data entry – experience with SAP would be beneficial
