Senior Project Co-Ordinator


We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of project meetings (kick-off meetings, internal & external design meetings, drawing review meetings)  
  • Updating of project drawing registers / trackers
  • Monitoring close out of items on action log / trackers for projects engaging with allocated responsible
  • Coordination & tracking of FF+ key milestone FF dates (working with PMO office planner)
  • IRP (Installation Resource Planning) App Key & End User to support Project / Field Managers
  • SV App End User responsibility to support Project / Field Managers
  • Management & allocation of direct and apprentices aligned with project programmes & IRP
  • Uploading of project documentation to SAP DMS (not limited to drawings, customer sign off O&M manuals)
  • Coordinating with 3rd party suppliers of lift systems and lift components
  • SAIS Inspector requests
  • Uploading / Downloading of drawings to and from project various platforms (Acconex, Conject, 4P…..) for custom & LPH projects
  • Tracking / escalation / confirmations of group & local project purchase orders
  • Attend site meetings if / when required
  • All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group safety requirements.
  • Employees must comply with Company Health & Safety requirements and set a personal example of safe behaviour.
  • Employees will be required to contribute to the Company safety objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to Schindler Ltd occupational health and safety management system.

Experience required:


  • Experienced  in the construction industry
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft applications (not limited to word, excel, teams, projects), SAP, SAP DMS, Lotus Notes, AutoCAD
  • Excellent customer service skills as will be dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to cope with a busy workload
  • Able to work well within a busy team and support each other
