Your main responsibilities

Shape the future of finance with cutting-edge BI & analytics!

We're seeking a passionate Digital & Analytics Project Manager to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.

 

Become a Master of Data & Empower Decision Making
•    Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting, developing impactful reports that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions.
•    Agile Lead on key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Structure and manage large quantities of complex information into an product roadmap.
•    Champion requirement engineering: Uncover user needs through deep dives and workshops. Craft clear, concise, and functional requirements that ensure your solutions meet user expectations and run smoothly.
•    Manage solution backlog: Break down your solution into separate versions and prioritize requirements so that your tech team can deliver value with each release.
•    Foster and facilitate change management, supporting a culture of data-driven decision making within a multinational environment.
•    Be part of a young and dynamic team where you can become a key member since day one. You will be involved in an exciting project where you can contribute with new solutions and ideas.
•    High level of autonomy, capable of leading a project without much supervision.
•    Define, monitor and drumbeat reconciliation strategy over Schindler standard reporting systems withing your QA (Quality Assurance) team.
•    Ensure information readiness with your IT counterparts bringing the best value to reporting community.
•    Promote and ensure the highest quality for our reporting products is met and released.

What you bring

Are You a Perfect Fit?
•    7+ years of experience in requirement engineering and business analysis. 
•    3+ years of experience in various reporting, BI or analytics projects with solid knowledge in a leading BI tool (i.e. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau). 
•    3+ years of Agile project management experience in relevant field utilizing Jira, SharePoint and Confluence or comparable solutions.
•    2+ Data management and reconciliation (i.e. Excel or DB query) 
•    Quality Assurance experience, Devops framework-continuous improvement knowledge, and SQL knowledge is a plus
•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or relevant field.
•    Experience in working in a multinational Digital environment.
•    Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. Minimum certified B2.
•    SAP Finance & Controlling experience or consolidation reporting experience is a plus.
