Technical Training Administrator (Apprentice)

Mobility is the objective

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator Apprentice to join our Technical Training Team. The Technical Training Department is responsible for proving technical Training to all divisions within Schindler Ltd, ensuring that every employee is compliant, trained and up to date with the latest products and processes. Working with the Technical Training Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring that all training sessions are successfully organised and executed to the Schindler standard.

 

Alongside your work you will study for BTEC Qualification in Business and Administration within the workplace, with regular assessor visits.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule trainings
  • Book rooms for trainings
  • Record trainings in SF/LMS
  • Liaise with manager, trainers and participants.
  • Send out invitations to participants
  • Maintain certification and re-certification records.
  • Run reports, monthly or as and when required.
  • Training Gap Analysis.
  • NVQ recording and monitoring.
  • Assist with setting up classrooms
  • Assist with defining training sessions, including training plans, entry/exit quizzes and content
  • General admin duties.
  • Any ad-hoc projects / duties as defined by your line manager.
 

Mobility needs you

Anyone aged 16+ who is looking to complete an Apprenticeship. The ideal person will have the following qualities:

  • Minimum Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Previous work experience within Administration or Office Environment would be ideal
  • Computer literate, strong knowledge of Microsoft Programmes
  • Effective communication skills
  • Focused with good attention to detail
  • Able to work proactively with minimal supervision
 

What else should you know?

As an Apprentice at Schindler we will support you to complete a BTEC Business Administration qualification whilst offering a competitive apprenticeship salary.
