Finance Manager

Mobility is the goal

  • Act as credit controller for Egypt and ensure following the Group credit Control Policy
  • Performing collections and credits for major accounts
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Collections department
  • Manage a team of collections specialists and ensure that they are meeting their targets
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas of improvement in the collections process
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing
  • Contacting past due clients
  • Solving customer complaints
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer disputes or inquiries
  • To negotiate payment plans with customers.
  • Assist in the daily banking requirements.
  • Provide consistent and correct accounting standards.
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Reviewing and ensuring completeness of monthly reconciliations of the company management accounts.
  • Ensuring that all transactions are timely and accurately inputted on system and procedures are followed.
  • Leading the annual local statutory Audits with PwC Auditors.
  • Lead communication with tax consultants for tax inspections / submission of tax returns/ payments to tax authority in due dates.
  • Work for improvement of internal control processes in line with the group requirements.
 

Mobility needs you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • Minimum Experience of 12 Years , at least 2 years in managerial position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
  • Strong Knowledge of local generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) & IFRS
  • Professional certification is recommended .
  • This position operates within the reporting framework directed towards the CFO.
