We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Head Global Digital Transformation in our Field Quality & Excellence team, based in Switzerland and other countries. You will support your team in various needs and help them communicate with key stakeholders.

 

Some of your exciting challenges include:

  • Fulfil important tasks in the back office (managing the calendar, making bookings, answering calls, and responding to emails)

  • Take minutes of important meetings

  • Communicate with various stakeholders on different channels

  • Create overviews of the portfolio status

  • Assist with global Field Quality & Excellence projects

You are a committed, highly organized, responsible, and reliable team player with strong communication skills. You remain calm in hectic situations, are resilient, a fast learner and capable of generating process improvements.

 

Further requirements may include:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in the field of communications, business administration or law (other study programmes are also welcome)

  • You have a professional knowledge of English (C2) and advanced knowledge of German (C1)

  • You are familiar with MS Office and consider yourself a documentation professional

  • You know how to write effective meeting minutes

  • You demonstrate excellent planning skills
