-He/she will be responsible for ensuring pre-training preparation and conducting effective training with efficient time management skills right up to conducting course evaluation. This applies to all safety processes and procedures and for each role in IND.

- Conceptualizing & developing need-based safety training modules for maintaining safe work practices for employees as well as subcontractors.

- To provide hands on training on the field

– Demonstration and Practical Training.

- Auditing Sites – For Safety Compliances as per procedures / Processes.

- Auditing people – Safety awareness, processes, procedures, using safety equipments.                                                                                                                                       

- Audit Subcontractors for all safety compliances.

- Ensure Compliances to the Safety Requirements as per Group Processes & Policy.

- Monitoring & Measurements of safety norms & standards.

- Carry out / support investigations for any safety violations / incidents / accidents. Prepare reports. Take corrective actions. Report to Management Team.

- Own Initiatives for improving Safety Performance.

- Work with various departments to identify productivity-limiting gaps for safety violations or lost days and support corrective action, through training and development.

- Assist in enhancing employee productivity by monitoring and tracking return on training investment

– through identified follow-up planning and implementation of safe work practices.

- Implement new and existing safety training projects and initiatives.

- Consistent implementation of best practices in the planning/design, development and delivery of safety training development planning, and implementation
