Manager - Key Accounts

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage and develop national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and provide insight & reflect market changes through leading customer
  • Define and achieve value-add for customer & Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing & product development
  • Develop relationship-led business (not product selling) and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products & services with customer
  • Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.
  • Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues.
  • Provide Key Account tailored reporting

What you need:

 

For the Key Account Manager position, Schindler seeks people with:

 

 

Expertise

Desired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years.

 

Knowledge and Skills

Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry –products, Key Account Management, Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, English skills. Customer oriented behavior.

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) & MBA (preferred)
