Role Overview:

As the Digital Business Head, you will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of our elevator business, focusing on connectivity and revenue growth through various digital streams. Collaborate closely with the head office and internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Digital Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for the elevator business.

Identify opportunities to enhance connectivity and efficiency through IoT and other digital solutions.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including SCM, Group, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.

Liaise effectively with the head office to align digital strategies with the overall organizational goals.

 

Revenue and Profitability:

Drive revenue growth through the implementation of digital channels and solutions.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.

 

Digital Innovation:

Stay abreast of technological advancements in the elevator industry and integrate cutting-edge digital solutions.

Explore and implement digital technologies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital initiatives.

Regularly analyze data and provide insights to optimize digital strategies and achieve revenue targets.

 

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and technology providers.

Act as a bridge between the head office and regional teams, ensuring alignment with global digital initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in driving digital transformation in a business setting, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.

Strong understanding of IoT, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.

Track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets through digital channels.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
