We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and support Sales processes, tools, training and guidelines for Service; monitor appropriate implementation into branches.

• Request the development and / or adaptation of product and services, based on the market requirements.

• Establish and maintain the Service and Repairs sales and Spare Parts price lists.

• Manage the analysis, quotation and preparation of all large projects Service and Repairs offers.

• Ensure appropriate portfolio retention, develop action plans to prevent losses and perform recovery activities.

• Manage customer call center complaints to a successful conclusion.

Expertise : Desired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least eight years

Knowledge and Skills : Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry – products & market, Strategic Thinking, Customer Relationship Management, Ability to develop processes, Schindler Leadership Behaviors required

Education : BE (in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), MBA (Marketing preferred)
