Application Engineer

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Engineering work for custom design elevator projects from scratch to offer and order phases, data collection through network and site visits when needed, data collection and reporting through network and site visits when needed.
  • Securing high level of technical support to internal customers of multi-disciplinary teams through continuous communication. Data collection and reporting through network and site visits when needed.
  • Preparation and keeping updated documentation for internal technical compliance audits.
  • To be bridge function among internal customers, 3rd party suppliers and manufacturers which are both local and foreign business partners.
 

What you bring

  • University degree in Electrical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Material Engineering
  • At least 2 years experience in elevator business
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Take a leadership role in the work process
  • Advanced level of technical competence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Manage time effectively
