Manager - NI Sales
Your main responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for elevators, escalators, and moving walks in various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Foster and manage client relationships to understand specific needs, provide tailored sales solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure project specifications are accurate, costs are controlled, and timelines are met for seamless project execution.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while achieving targeted profit margins.
- Provide detailed reports to management on sales activities, market conditions, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Regularly engage with building contractors, architects, regulators, and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment and collaboration throughout the sales and installation process.
- Engage in regular communication with in-house engineering, technical service teams, and management to coordinate project details, share market insights, and drive successful outcomes.
- Exhibit professional conduct and a customer-focused attitude in all interactions to uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
What you bring
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) | MBA preferred
Professional Experience :
At least 10 years of Sales experience out of which 2 years should be as a Sales Manager. – At least 4 years of Project Selling Experience
