Key Account Specialist

 

Your Skills

Billing Accuracy and Efficiency:

  • Prepare daily invoicing for Key account customers
  • Ensure all Billings (EI and NI) are completed timely and in accordance with Key Customer contract terms and conditions
  • Responsible for accuracy of key customers special billing rates
  • Upload invoices to 3rd party billing platforms and provide required documentation including but not limited to work orders, purchase orders and time tickets as required.

 

Collections efficiency:

  • Responsible for driving improvement in DSO, Bad Debt Expense and AR Aging
  • Continually check invoice status in 3rd party platforms and resolve rejected invoices or invoices placed on hold by key customers
  • Involve key account managers, district offices and liaise directly with key customers to resolve key customer account invoice disputes. Set timeframes for resolution and monitor for completion
  • Communicate with key customers discuss discrepancies, investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, correct errors in accounts and confirm payment date
  • Provide statement of account to customers, Key Account managers and others upon request
  • Escalation of disputes to management as needed.
 

Your Experience

  • Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or Associate Degree with additional work experience in billing or collections is required.
  • 2-5 years general work experiance.
