Payroll Supervisor

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Supervision, organization and task management of Payroll Administrators assigned to complete the Union, NonUnion, Salaried and Hourly Payroll, as well as the Sr. Payroll Coordinator in the review and execution of payroll processing and administration via ADP GlobalView and SAP systems.
  • In this role, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Payroll Administrators & Coordinators are appropriately reviewing and resolving applicable Payroll inquiries, questions and concerns via the ESM ticketing tool, with a high level of accuracy and customer service orientation; in-line with pre-determined SLAs. Track and report payroll metrics.
  • Provide system and data support in analyzing payroll data. Generate, review and summarize complex payroll reports asneeded.
    Ensure compliance with payroll guidelines through periodic reviews, updates and documentation. Oversee thereconciliation of payroll results, ensure Team compliance with peer review and audit process.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the successful execution of payroll projects, process improvements and updates. Serve as POC for Payroll escalations, finance and audit requests including quarterly and annual reports, garnishments, preparation of W2s and all other related requirements as needed.
  • Support the Manager, Payroll & Expenses Reporting in establishing and maintaining a positive organizational culturethrough Team collaboration and engagement
    .
    Responsible for ownership and facilitation of performance enablement &development, including but not limited to the completion of Global View, General Payroll and Annual Trainings as assigned.Provide related career coaching and mentorship.
 

What you bring

Min 2 years Payroll Supervisor or Management position, required
Min 2 years Payroll Processing experience, required
Bachelor’s Degree, HR, Business Management or Related Field, preferred
Certified Payroll Professional, preferred
