Sales Professional Renovations and Repairs

About the role:

As the Renovation and Repair Sales Professional for the Northern region, you will apply your technical and estimating skills to lead renovation and repair from offer to order. You will prepare tenders / quotes for sales for the Northern Region and provide assistance with Maintenance Contract conversions. Your role will require you to :
  • Foster, promote and support good relationships with existing Schindler customers in line with Schindler Values and develop new customers 
  • Assist the Northern Region Manager in setting and achieving Renovation and Repair sales budgets
  • Monitor Renovation and Repair sales against budget and highlight variances on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the market, existing customer base and identify and follow up on sales opportunities. Employ a variety of market intelligence and tools to identify sales opportunities
 

What we are looking for:

  • Technical Experience ideally in the elevator industry or in industrial, construction or engineering industries, minimum of 2 years
  • Communication/Presentation/Interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus
  • Experience in SAP or similar and Microsoft Office suite
  • Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency or citizenship, and currently is in New Zealand
