Service Sales Representative

 

Your main responsibilities

We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Sales Representative to join our Auckland team, managing our Service sales portfolio. You will be working in collaboration with the Operations teams to deliver and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of Service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.

 

As Service Sales Representative, you will negotiate and secure contracts for new and existing customers in Auckland. You will be dealing with warm leads. Your role will require you to:

  • Relationships negotiating with new and existing contracted customers
  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Contract negotiations
  • Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services 
 

What you bring

  • Three years’ experience as an account manager or business development manager in a technical or industrial field (e.g. Lift, HVAC, Fire Protection or Building Facilities)
  • A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline
  • Exposure to selling services to property management companies, body corporates and building owners
  • Strong background in CRM, SAP, and MS Excel
  • Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand and clean NZ driving licence
