Role: Installation Manager
- Responsible for Deploying the Installation strategy to achieve the objectives of project management, reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability. Would be responsible overlooking the executions of all projects resulting in on time delivery, technical precision, good quality, safety, employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Driving the strategic interventions to lead the installation/ project management for the region
- Managing operational Site for South region with Billing
- Supports Field Operation in coordination and planning of such projects
- Provide guidance to Installation/ Project Managers to drive effective project management
- Manage the fulfillment of big jobs as special project concerning configuration, change management, logistic (supply chain) management, installation and hand over.
- Ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning
- Ensures customer satisfaction for all activities related to the project management of New Installations across the country.
- Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation
- Work proactively to avoid firefighting and control cycle time.
- Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality
- Analyse root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.
- Having Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.
People
- Sets objectives for his team in line with the region objectives & company guidelines
- Supervises the Functional Managers to achieve the region targets on all the parameters
- Assesses skills and competency for his team (GL’s and team members) and uses various intervention like coaching, on the job training and classroom training in coordination with the Regional Head

What we need?
- At least having 12+ years of experience into Project Management/ Construction, into a leadership capacity, preferably from an MNC dealing into building material/ heavy equipment industry
- Candidate with good understanding of on Technical front ,having and understanding of manpower planning, capacity planning & forecasting
- Should be a strategic thinker, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with good understanding of portfolio management, price, contract fulfillment, efficiency.
- Should have strong understanding application of the safety and health guidelines.
- Good to have are- knowledge of P&L and local language
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
