Modernisation Sales- Account Executive/ Sr. Account Executive/ Account Manager

 

Your main responsibilities

The primary purpose of the role is to drive the sales and modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks through the development of strong relationships with current and potential clients. This involves analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and upselling renovation services independently or with some guidance.

 

What you bring

- Analyze current, past, and potential customer data to identify opportunities for sales and modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. Focus on portfolio expansion and increasing revenue through the targeted upselling of renovation services. Complete tasks independently or under some guidance.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients. Provide expert guidance and customized solutions to meet their specific vertical transportation needs. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by understanding and addressing their unique requirements.

- Coordinate meticulously with project and service teams to guarantee the seamless execution of sales agreements and modernization projects. Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- Interact regularly with customers, engineers, project managers, and service technicians to facilitate comprehensive solutions. Ensure all client requirements are met effectively by aligning internal and external efforts.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including management, technical service employees, and external contractors. Align sales strategies and modernization efforts with company objectives and client expectations.
