What you can expect from us:

 

The BPiM for Existing Installation (EI) Fulfillment leads a holistic approach to business processes, driving continuous operational excellence. BPiM is instrumental in evolving Schindler’s processes on the global SHAPE (Schindler Harmonized Applications for Process Excellence) platform and spearheading digital transformation through next-generation projects like S4/HANA and AI initiatives, shaping the future of EI operations. Your tasks include: 

  • Driving end-to-end business value management of Schindler’s core business processes and solution in the area of EI Fulfillment
  • Governing the demand and requirements management process in EI Fulfillment
  • Collecting Business Requirements ensuring a consistent architectural processes design through adequate expertise in business processes and technology
  • Spearing the Digital Transformation initiatives by leveraging S4/HANA to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency and enable data driven decision making
  • Developing and optimizing the EI business process model and architectural design of SHAPE / S4/HANA
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and data driven insights to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency
  • Defining IT solution outline according to Business Requirements, Cyber Security, Compliance, Group IT Strategy and Make vs. Buy Strategy as IT Demand Management Owner
  • Partnering with Business Process Owners by leading the technical implementation, managing, and defining the relations with IT Suppliers (approve sourcing of 3rd parties) as IT Technical Implementation Owner
  • Driving process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the process value chain
  • Orchestrating a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit EI
  • Driving knowledge management and training of SHAPE / Future Platforms like S4/HANA supported business processes and solutions in the area of EI
 

What makes you special:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree or a similar education (e.g. technical/commercial training)
  • Functional and leadership experience in the elevator industry, manufacturing, maintenance, service industry or consulting
  • (IT) Project and Process Management skills (preferably Six Sigma / Lean) - you are able to analyze and model complex processes, you feel confident in the project planning and scoping
  • Expert-level in SAP S4/HANA at least at the user level, ideally you have experience in implementing this tool and have been a key user in the past
  • Expert-level in Salesforce at least at the user level, ideally you have experience in implementing this tool and have been a key user in the past
  • Excellent English langugage skills (at least C1), German language is an advantage
  • IT/AI affinity & knowledge combined with managerial expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems
  • Requirement Engineering / Demand Management - you are able to understand the business demands and implement them as processes and solutions
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills, strong leadership and influencing capabilities
