We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
In this position, you drive the end-to-end view of the business processes in the business unit New Installations and Modernization to continuously improve operational excellence.
You are responsible for the further development of the Schindler’s business processes in the global platforms in the area of New Installations and Modernization.
Main tasks include:

Leading the demand and the requirements management process in New Installations and Modernization

Managing the approved project portfolio for process & solution development and solution-specific rollouts in global platforms as well as reporting
-
Developing and optimizing the business process model and architectural design of global paltforms
-
Identifying and sharing business process best-demonstrated practice for continuous process improvements and automation to achieve operational excellence

Ability to orchestrate a global network of business owners, experts and key-users

Driving knowledge management and training of Schindler's global paltforms supported business processes and solutions

Further requirements may include:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or similar industries

IT affinity & knowledge combined with managerial expertise to lead complex business processes in IT systems

Experience in IT Management, Demand & Requirement Engineering, IT Solution & Architecture Design
-
Excellent project management experience with quality leadership skills
-
Working proficiency in English, German and other foreign languages are an asset
