Global Repairs Process Manager (m/f/d) 100%

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

You develop, roll out and steer processes in the Repair Business, based in any of our major offices worldwide, to continuously improve operational excellence and support the Repair Business growth and efficiency.

 

Main tasks include:

  • Identify the needed improvements in the process landscape of the future REP Business together with key internal (country operations, informatics, leadership) and external stakeholders.

  • Support the development of new or the improvement of existing processes together with Lead country operations & informatics (since most of these processes are integrated into the company ERP system) in areas like:

    • Repair Sales Processes & Tools (e.g. CRM),

    • Data (AI) driven Life Cycle Management & Parts identification,

    • Spare Parts Logistics (e.g. related to Circular Economy of Parts),

  • Estimate the efforts and benefits (business case) of needed developments and get leadership support for the needed investment.

  • Roll out the new developed processes in relevant countries and support the achievement of the benefits.

  • Identify and share best-demonstrated practices for continuous process improvements and automation to achieve operational excellence and growth.

You are a self-motivated and result oriented team player with a pronounced cultural sensitivity. Your analytical way of working as well as your process-oriented thinking are paired with deep service operational experience (e.g. Service Leader experience).

 

Further requirements may include:

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering or in a related field

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in the elevator business or similar industry

  • IT affinity & knowledge combined with managerial expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems

  • Change Management Skills

  • Excellent level of English – any additional language spoken is a plus
