Global Solutions Manager - SuccessFactors Time Management (m/f/d) 80 - 100%


We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

In this position, you represent the HR business process knowledge with proficiency and experience in HR solutions. As Global HR IT Solutions Manager you work closely with the Business Solution Manager to deliver quality and shape HR processes and tools to respond to requirements from the Schindler HR business.


Some of your future exciting challenges include:

  • Implementing and performing global roll-out of HR business solutions

  • Acting as advisor for time management procedures and system setups

  • Execution of knowledge transfer between solutions build and run

  • Addressing and solving problems related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management

  • Communication with business process owners, Global HR Community as well as internal IT and external suppliers

  • Expert knowledge in release management

Further requirements may include:

  • Solid knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors Time Management, knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM or Payroll Processes is a plus

  • Degree in IT or general management or minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations

  • Experience in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teamwork

  • Established project management skills

  • Familiarity with common business tools like O365

  • Excellent English skills
