  • Implementation and rollout of global HR business solutions
  • SuccessFactors & PowerBI Reporting
  • Data Analysis and Data Storytelling
  • Blueprinting HR solutions
  • Project management and interaction with HR Business Process Owner and internal IT and external suppliers
  • Communication with global HR community
  • Expert level support for HR modules and processes
  • Release management
  • Knowledge transfer and training Solutions Support Team
  • Authorizations concept & build
  • Work closely with internal IT experts

We Elevate... Your Best Self


  • Experience of at least 5 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional team work or similar function.
  • Expert knowledge in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
  • Expertise on Reporting capabilities of SuccessFactors or Microsoft PowerBI

Knowledge, Skills and Languages

  • Process-oriented way of thinking as well as an analytical way of working.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player with cultural sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of state of the art HR-IT tools.
  • Project management and English skills


  • Bachelor’s degree
