Lead Multi-Brand Service (m/f/d)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Finding, developing and implementing strategies to improve Schindler’s capabilities to maintain, troubleshoot and remotely monitor non-Schindler equipment
Finding innovative ways of giving field support and knowledge management
Manage global network of Multi-Brand experts, coordinate continuous communication about available multi-brand resources to Field Operations; identify and share Schindler best-demonstrated practices in his/her area of responsibility
Coordinate and ensure field support to KG experts and other internal departments requiring technical consulting on 3rd party products

We Elevate... Your Best Self

Expertise:

Experience in managing technical projects in international context (e.g. product creation)
Technical knowledge of elevator & escalator products, non-Schindler OEMs and troubleshooting skills preferred
Demonstrated enthusiasm for digitalization
Technical training expertise is a plus
Field operations experience is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Languages:

Ability to think strategically, analytically
Ability to manage / prioritize multitude of support requests and simultaneous projects
Didactical skills & the urge to develop people
Good communication skills in English (= working language)
Leadership
Advanced IT skills a plus (e.g. programming, analytics, micro-controller engineering etc.)
