Modernization Sales Engineer

Mobility is the goal

Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
Perform the offer, negotiation, order and MOD sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG MOD targets and Schindler internal procedures.
For clients in the current portfolio, Sales MOD will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
Support and coordinate with the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the MDC when required.

Mobility needs you

Education and Specialty:

Top qualifications bachelor's degree "Engineering Mechanical or Electrical".

Specific Training and Qualification:

Computer skills at advanced level.
Advanced English.
High level of communication skills.
Customer orientation.
Presentation and negotiation skills

Experience Required:

3 years being employed in sales industry or at the same sector.
