Talent Management and L&D MENA - Temporary

Mobility is the goal

  • Prepare the general training budget and plan by identifying training needs and informing the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Plan, coordinate, organize, and control the actions to deliver the training plan and, if necessary, ensure additional training to meet the demands resulting from the performance appraisal and development review processes.

  • Establish or participate in the design and development of general training courses using internal or external resources to meet the requirements of the plan.

  • Inform internal customers of all available training courses and maintain contact with suppliers as necessary.

  • Create, plan, and develop content for digital and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to amplify our messages and provide excellent customer service.

  • Follow up on global initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating the Schindler Employee Engagement Survey (SEES), and support all areas in the company in developing and implementing action plans to constantly improve the engagement level above the national norm. Create the internal magazine and publish intranet news and information.

  • Establish the most effective systems and channels of internal communication to facilitate timely and relevant information exchange between the company and its employees.

  • Select candidates as determined by business needs and HR policy by creating a pool of qualified candidates according to departmental requirements and ensuring consistency in the process, including establishing interview panels, collecting forms, conducting internal tests, etc.

  • Collect and screen resumes and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to Line Managers for scheduling interviews.

Education and Specialty:

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any relevant field

Specific Training and Qualification:

  • Advanced English

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • HR Knowledge

  • Organization skills

  • Eager to Learn

Experience Required:

  • 1+ year being employed in the same function.
