Warehouse Admin

Mobility is the goal

  • Provide support to warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and co-workers.
  • Conducts stock checking (spare parts) on incoming as well as outgoing delivery.
  • Liaise with admin staff and co-workers on orders, deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.
  • Prepare documentation accurately such as Delivery Order, Good Return Note, etc.
  • Assist in stock count exercise as required.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

 

Mobility needs you

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
