Engineer - Embedded Software Developer

 

Your main responsibilities

 

Responsibilities : 

 

Responsible for Coding, designing and developing  of test environments/test tools for embedded software, 
in industrial R&D environment.

Development & Integration testing of test simulation environment

 

 

 

 

What you bring

Primary Skills:

 

  • Experience in development of test environments/test tools for embedded software, preferably
    in industrial R&D environment 
  • Real-time systems and/or embedded Linux experience a strong plus
  • Experienced user of JIRA, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Docker
  • Familiarity with Product Engineering domain in general is a plus
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of hardware-software interactions
  • Cross-site and multi- cultural team experience

 

Secondary Skills:

 

  • Proficient in software architecture and design
  • Expert in OO-programming in C++, also proficient in Python or C#
  • Proficient with VisualStudio
  • Proficient in integration & system testing, scripting
  • Self-directed and self-organized, highly responsible and reliable team player
  • Good analytic skills and a generator of innovative ideas
  • Quick learner, open-minded for new technologies
  • Experience working in distributed/cross-discipline teams; changing priorities
  • Experience working with Agile methods (particularly Scrum)

 

Tools:

 

  • Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, …)
  • Git, Eclipse CDT
  • Make, CMake, Docker

 

SDLC :

 

  • Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Review process
  • Requirements development, understanding
  • Continuous Improvement
