Objectives of the function

Responsibility

1) Responsible for Order Consolidation center Picking Street, marshalling, inward, outward, claim, scaffold less item, stock transfer, supplier / customer material returns planning.

2) Responsible for generation of packing list, HU, delivery generation for material to be packed.

3) Responsible for inward, outward, transportation & taxation related documentation & MIS.

4) Prepare, maintain and retain documents for taxation purpose.

5) Timely confirmation of dispatch related activities and PGI from system.

6) Ensure system is kept clean by issuing all dispatch material and closing unwanted SO & PO’s.

7) Coordinate with FO team for 48 hr confirmation. Prepare and publish 48 hr confirmation report on weekly basis.

8) Responsible for coordination with internal OCC, logistics, KW & Field operation team.

9) Evaluate complaints / claims / Quality NC’s received against shipments and supplies and take appropriate preventive action. Ensure no customer complaints / claims / NC’s received.

10) Inform material receipt discrepancy to planning, quality, SD, sourcing & OCC team.

11) Ensure accurate GRN in system and store SCAN copies of invoices on server.

12) Maintain tracking of non-returnable and returnable challans for material movement.

13) Prepare and publish OCC productivity reports.

14) Develop and maintain warehouse work instructions / process for all tasks.

15) Ensure work completion in stipulated time and as per targets.

16) Ensure Accuracy of material inward and supporting documents.

17) Ensure accurate inventory transactions in warehouse as well as in system.

18) Responsible for stock accuracy, cycle inventory count and monthly / yearly inventory count.

19) Responsible for SAP transactions testing’s & implementation of CP & NPD changes.

20) Measure and report the effectiveness of the warehouse activities.

21) Interpret company policies & enforce safety & COC regulations & maintain Discipline in OCC.

22) Responsible for audits & maintenance of documents as per ISO 9001.

23) Co-ordination with internal logistics team, Suppliers, field operation, Transporters, Factory & sales team.

24) Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.

25) Responsible to lead the team of contractual employees to achieve individual and organizational KPI’s.

26) Ensure Highest degree of efficiency is maintained in all the areas.

27) Act substitute for OCC operation team.

29) ISO 50001 EnMS standard awareness

30) Turn off lights, fans, machines or energy using equipment whenever not in use.

31) Improvements for Optimization of energy consumption.

Authority:

1) Authorized for escalating transportation issues to respective service provider and internal stakeholders.

2) Can get required details from vendors and levy penalty as per sanction matrix.

3) Approve leave of reporting contract employees.

4) Conduct meeting to discuss any transport or billing related issues with stakeholders
