Maintenance Supervisor
Your main responsibilities
Develop & communicate a shared ambition

Drive for results
- Prepare and maintain annual budget for the maintenance department. Must accurately maintain and update the spare parts inventory for repair and maintenance. Requires direct contact with vendors and equipment manufacturers to schedule outside contractor that may provide repairs, maintenance and/or construction to facilities and equipment.
- Focuses on the achievement of business results for a team, branch, or organizational unit by overcome obstacles and barriers and deliver to the highest possible standards. Consistently hitting goals and objectives and pushing oneself and others to achieve stretch goals
What you bring
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or engineering preferred. Prefer knowledge of lean manufacturing.
1 – 3 years’ experience in the escalator industry. Manufacturing experience required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret common technical/financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common
Inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to shop floor employees, management & staff.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables where no standardization exists.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high level of expertise importing/leveraging data for use in spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts. Previous SAP experience is preferred. High level of proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.

Travel:
Moderate (<25%) domestic travel is required.
