This position is responsible to identify, manage, and acquire new and current key account customers for EI, ensuring customer satisfaction, strong Portfolio growth, and account profitability. As a leader of this function, one has to lead the Key Account Management activities which is an enterprise-wide business process seeking the development of strategic relationships with a limited number of key customers. Through Strategic Account Management the focus is to generate significantly more and long-term sustained business value for the customer and for Schindler.

 

Mobility needs you

  • Gaining insight on EI market dynamics and competition to support the achievement of market share, operating revenue, and C1 targets.
  • Win new accounts and increase share of wallet for national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and supporting multinational accounts managed by at KG level.
  • Lead, prepare, and negotiate all bid requests, frame contracts, tenders, and associated offers for key accounts
  • Build and manage a team of high performing individuals who act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issues.
  • Develop a strong partnership with Field Operation leadership team in retention of Key/Strategic accounts by maintaining high margin to support continuous revenue and portfolio growth
