Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Your Skills
- Drive Human Resources goals and objectives in partnership with business leaders.
- Lead the implementation and execution of HR plans and strategies to meet business needs.
- Lead and drive Performance Management process for employees in respective business area/vertical.
- Lead and drive Performance calibration sessions during yearly merit increase cycle.
- Responsible for workforce planning, job analysis, compensation delivery, career counseling, performance management and succession planning for related customer groups.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Organization Development COE’s, to drive various HR processes.
- Identify, develop and track key individuals as part of succession plans through yearly Succession Planning process.
- Provide pertinent input to organizational development and employee productivity improvement.
- Provide counsel to all levels of the salaried work force regarding performance improvement and career development.
- Managing employee relations activities for respective business verticals
- Monitor and maintain internal system and data in partnership with HRIS team
- Drive Talent Acquisition activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Team with other members of the HR function in other customer areas on issues which have impact on the broader organization to assure consistency of message and service delivery.

Your Experience
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
10-15 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment.
The preferred candidate need to demonstrate highest level of Customer Orientation and Result Orientation. We need a candidate who maintains a high level of energy, with well-developed influencing skills. A practical style with a focus on People Strategies and HR operations, the candidate should demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and be a prudent risk taker with the backbone to “push back” when it’s in the best interest of the business.
Pragmatic work experience with the Senior Management team in a rapidly changing and complex work environment is preferred with an eye toward simplification and challenging the status quo.
