Your main responsibilities
Role |
The incumbent will act as the primary strategic advisor to the Regional VP, Field Operations and the leadership team in the development and execution of talent and organisational design plans in support of the overall business strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal liaison role between business leaders, the HR Leadership Team and HR operations as needed in order to shape and deliver on key people related objectives that drive value for the organisation. |

What you bring
Education: |
Should ideally hold a MBA/ Equivalent in the field of Human Resource. Any additional degree or certification in Coaching or any other HR courses will be an added advantage. |

Should have excellent hold on English and Hindi as a language. |
IT Skills: |
Digital Literacy is one of the key role requirements for this role. Familiarity with MS Tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc and HR Tools like Success Factors etc will also help. |
