Project Manager

Mobility is the goal

  • Develop and execute project management plans, including scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Manage projects from contract award through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate project teams by assigning clear responsibilities, fostering accountability, and building capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
 

Mobility needs you

  • Formal engineering qualification
  • Prior PM experience in the industry is necessary – minimum of 3 to 5 years in the Gulf preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill and proven project management capabilities
  • Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness
  • Proficient in English and Arabic both in speaking and writing.
