Service Sales Representative

Mobility is the goal

You actively hunt for 3rd party units (non-Schindler units), develop, and create customer relationships in the UAE.
You ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints in collaboration with the Schindler team.
You document and maintain the customer and contact information.
You are accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
You are accountable for finding customer needs and Schindler’s solution matching those needs
You maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date.

Mobility needs you

You like to think and act like an entrepreneur, viewing situations from multiple perspectives and exploring alternative solutions for business problems.
You like working with a team, can motivate and inspire people and mobilize them towards a common objective.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a candidate with a management degree will have an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
IT Skills: MS-Office, SAP, SharePoint is an asset.
4-8 years of experience in Sales
