Business Process Integration Manager Field Execution (m/f/d) 80-100% 

Are you ready to shape the future of Field Quality & Excellence at a global scale? 

 

As our Business Process Integration Manager (BPiM), you will take ownership of driving and harmonizing end‑to‑end business processes within the Field Quality & Excellence (FQE) organization, ensuring operational excellence through the continuous development and optimization of Schindler’s business processes. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring top‑tier quality by aligning business needs with smart, scalable process solutions 

 

Your Impact 

  • In this highly visible global role, you will: 
  • Lead end-to-end value creation for core processes and solutions in Field Quality & Excellence. 
  • Translate business needs into consistent process designs and oversee demand and requirements management. 
  • Manage the global project portfolio for process and solution development, including implementation and rollouts. 
  • Develop and optimize business process models and architectural designs to support scalability and efficiency of the ERP systems landscape.  
  • Drive process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the value chain. 
  • Partner with process owners to lead technical solution implementation and manage relationships with IT suppliers. 
  • Coordinate a global network of business owners, experts, and key users, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and training on ERP systems supported processes in the area of Field Quality & Excellence (FQE). 
 

Who you are 


You are a confident leader in process and project management, skilled in demand and requirements management, grounded in quality management, and equipped with strong analytical thinking, while maintaining strong attention to detail.

 

What you bring 

 

  • Master's degree in in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in in Business Process, Product Manager or Solution Owner.
  • Proven track record in complex IT implementations and digital transformation initiatives from requirements engineering through implementation and global rollouts.
  • Strong skills in requirements engineering, business process design, and project management.
  • Experienced in coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving alignment among IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Solid IT affinity; experience in industrial/technical environments (machinery manufacturing or construction industry is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
