Join us in driving the transformation of our global Finance landscape. As Global Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in our SAP S/4HANA journey and lead strategic initiatives across Finance, data, reporting, and technology involving Power BI and CCH Tagetik.
As part of Global Finance Reporting Solutions, you will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to deliver scalable solutions, drive reporting excellence and finance processes, and contribute to the future of Finance in an international environment.
Your Impact

Drive Finance requirements and play a leading role in the SAP S/4HANA transformation, with a focus on Financial Steering, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, and Product Costing.

Lead global cross-functional transformation initiatives involving SAP, Power BI, and CCH Tagetik, including Sustainability and BEPS Pillar Two reporting.

Analyze Finance processes, reporting structures, and system dependencies, translating business needs into clear and practical solutions.

Partner with Global Finance stakeholders, Process Owners, IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Support the full project lifecycle while driving standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across Finance processes, data, KPIs, and reporting.

Drive the standardization of reporting processes, structures, KPIs and data definitions, ensuring consistency across source systems, Finance data platforms and reporting solutions.
Who you are
You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills. You can connect finance, data, reporting, and technology to develop practical solutions and communicate complex topics clearly.
Your Profile
-
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field
-
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, SAP projects, or business process management, ideally gained in an industrial multinational company.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and a strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and reporting processes.

Knowledge of SAP Financial Steering, management reporting, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, Product Costing, or similar Finance domains.

Experience with Power BI, CCH Tagetik, or comparable enterprise performance management, planning, consolidation, or analytics solutions, as well as managing complex international projects.

Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
