We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

In this role, you create value through implementation and management of global HR business solutions that facilitated the efficient extraction of HR data and share it with senior management for decision making.

 

Your future challenges include:

  • Implementation and rollout of global HR Business solutions, incl. extracting and transforming raw HR data into actionable insights
  • Project management and interaction with HR Business Process Owners, Internal IT and external suppliers
  • Direct exchange and cooperation with the global HR community
  • Expert level support for HR modules and processes, incl. knowledge transfer and training of the Solutions Support Team
  • Building and managing the authorizations concept
  • Responsibility for SAP release management

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business studies
  • Experience of at least 5 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional collaboration or similar function
  • Expert knowledge in one or more SuccessFactors module
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors reporting capabilities including Story reports as well as Microsoft PowerBi
  • Proficient level of English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Please note that you'll be required to work fully on-site
