We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving sustainable sales performance. You will work with operational entities to anticipate and mitigate business risks and close identified gaps.


You will act as a Zone community leader sharing best-demonstrated practices with the aim to strengthen sales skills and capabilities.


Some of your exciting challenges include:

  • Enhancing existing market and competitive intelligence activities and steering the relevant activities to improve the value selling
  • Conducting trend analysis of past performance data and forecasts
  • Driving process orientation in sales, continuous improvements, and KPI-based performance
  • Working together with the pricing team of zone pricing strategy, ensure implementation of pricing strategy as well as operational effectiveness
  • Regularly meeting stakeholders to review pipelines, assist with complex sales cases and discuss health of their customers and accounts

Further requirements may include:

  • Master’s degree or MBA with further business education, financial background is an asset

  • Solid experience in sales management, key account management or business product management

  • Demonstrated ability in project leadership and management in a matrix organization

  • Affinity for financial figures, business reports, analysis, and statistics

  • Working proficiency in English and German
